CXN Charter Access Deposit – Refund Terms

Your $199 Charter Access deposit secures your place as a priority adopter of the Chamber XChange Network. This deposit is fully applied to your first month of onboarding once accepted into the program.

To support flexibility while preserving our limited Charter enrollment spots, we offer the following refund policy:

🔹 Full Refund if requested within 15 days of payment
🔹 50% Refund if requested between 16–30 days of payment
🔹 No Refund after 31 days

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@chamberexchangenetwork.com with your chamber’s name and purchase confirmation number.
